Take a step back in time and imagine that you are sitting on the porch of an original 1800's log cabin with a glass of wine. The brook trout are rising everywhere on the private mountain lake that stretches in front of you. No phones, no TV and your problems seem a million miles away. As the light dims and the stars take their place in the sky, the loons are stilled by the sound of a thousand bullfrogs.

In addition to being a U.S.C.G.Licensed Charterboat Captain, Steve LeRoy holds a current New York State Registered Guides License. An avid fly fisherman himself, he has studied the remote sections of the Adirondack Mountains for more than 25 years, searching out the brook trout that inhabit this wilderness area. Between private leases, state land, power company land and paper company land, he can take you to spring-fed lakes, ponds, rivers, and brooks with excellent fishing that the general population doesn't even know exists!

Location...

Your angling preference will determine exactly where we'll go in the Adirondack Mountains. Generally, we'll be in the areas adjacent to Cranberry, Saranac, or Tupper Lakes. When you call to set up a trip, we will decide on a time and "easy to find" meeting place near the camp. After we've hooked-up, you'll be escourted to your cabin.
